Furthermore, I will not accept responsibility for any real or perceived damages resulting from out-of-date or otherwise inaccurate content on this site or the sites that PetFreeHotels.com links to.
In the end, I make no guarantee that PetFreeHotels.com will be updated to reflect when a hotel alters its pet policy to either allow or disallow pets.
(2) Furthermore, the listings on PetFreeHotels.com should NOT be considered recommendations — they are strictly meant to offer users a list of hotels that published no-pet policies at the time I visited their sites.

Properties listed on this site have been selected arbitrarily based on their internet presence and my focus on popular destinations. I deny responsibility to list every hotel that does not allow pets.
(4) I am NOT responsible for the user experience, good or bad, at any hotel listed here.
(5) The hotel links in my results tables are “clean” — they do not contain user or site information.
(6) The hotel pin locations on our maps are approximate and the distances are also approximate. You are expected to use the hotel address and a navigation app for precise directions.
(7) I am not responsible for any user’s experience from clicking third-party links or advertisements on PetFreeHotels.com. If you don’t agree, don’t click.
(8) Users are free to comment or provide suggestions but they are ultimately responsible for the content of their comments. I (the publisher of PetFreeHotels.com) make a good faith effort to monitor comments but I do not and cannot provide continual monitoring. As such, I do not accept liability for offensive or inaccurate third-party postings.
(9) Commenters who suggest pet-free hotels or make other suggestions about this site are not entitled to and waive the right to receive compensation of any kind from me if their ideas or suggestions are incorporated into this site.
(10) I may delete comments for age, edit them for length, edit/delete them for inappropriate or promotional content, or edit/delete them to remove references to hotels that are not pet-free hotels, without prior notice or approval of the commenter. This is NOT a social media site. Any commenter may contact me, the publisher of this site, and request that their comment be removed — valid requests will be honored in the timeliest way possible.
(11) It is entirely optional for a commenter to provide an email address along with their comment. I (the publisher of PetFreeHotels.com) will not initiate contact with a commenter via email unless responding to a request or open question by the commenter. Furthermore, I (the publisher of PetFreeHotels.com) will not knowingly share commenter email addresses or other commenter information, including IP addresses, with advertisers or any other third party.

I use Google Analytics to collect and report the site’s most popular destinations but I do not track individual users or the links they follow. (14) I recognize that the brand names of hotels mentioned here are trademarks of their respective companies — nonetheless, I have chosen to reasonably condense the wording and/or punctuation of property names in my listings for display purposes without, in my estimation, affecting the user’s ability to identify and locate the property. If any corporate entity raises a written objection to this practice, I agree to promptly remove its listings and links from this site.
