Hi, and thank you for visiting this page. I’m not asking for time or money here, instead I have a website issue that I need your help to address.
The site’s activity logs show that about one out of six visitors who use the “Select a Location” box (in the State Menu) will repeat the search for the same city. I don’t understand the reason for this, but it suggests that this website is not behaving the way that some visitors expect.
I’d like to address whatever issue is leading visitors to repeat their searches, but to do so, I need some help. If you have done this same thing — searched for hotels near a specific city and then entered the same location again — I would be grateful if you left me a comment below telling me what made you repeat your search. Specifically, what actions did you take between the first time you entered the location and the second time? And did this site behave in a way that you didn’t want or expect?
